The Aputure Amaran 100x S is a 100W bi-color point-source LED video light designed for photography, videography and studio production. Its 2700K–6500K color temperature range and high color fidelity support flexible lighting for different shooting environments. With Bowens mount compatibility, Bluetooth app control, nine built-in lighting effects and AC or optional battery power, it offers versatile control for studio and on-location use.

Upgraded High SSI LED Design

The Amaran 100x S features an upgraded LED design with SSI (Tungsten) of 89+ and SSI (D56) of 87+. These ratings highlight its spectral continuity and light quality for photography and video production.

Impeccable Color Fidelity and Bi-Color Range

With CRI 95+, TLCI 97+, TM-30 Rf 96 and TM-30 Rg 102, the light is designed for accurate color reproduction. Its adjustable 2700K–6500K color temperature range allows you to choose warm or cool lighting to suit your scene.

Dual Control Methods

The Amaran 100x S supports Bluetooth control through the Sidus Link app, with a stated wireless range of up to 100m using 2.4G. You can adjust lighting effects, brightness and frequency remotely, or use the onboard controls to adjust brightness from 0–100%.

Dual Power Supply Methods

The light supports worldwide AC power through its built-in 100–240V power supply. It can also operate with optional batteries using a 48V DC input when AC power is unavailable.

Bowens Mount and Umbrella Hole Design

The Amaran 100x S features a Bowens reflector mount, providing compatibility with Amaran light shapers and other modifiers that use this mount. An umbrella hole is also included for use with a lighting umbrella.
