Order for purchase of Sony products under Employee benefit scheme

• LIC FURNISHING OF RESIDENCE SCHEME will be valid from 19^th August till 27^th August’19 (Employees can book the TVs / products in advance, billing & Delivery of material will happen from 19^th).
• Billing to be done in favor of Employee Name of LIC.
• Payment Terms: 100% advance
• Employee has to submit the attached form (completely filled) with clear copy of Company ID Card.
• Any kind of finance scheme is not applicable on above prices.  
• Kindly do not circulate this price list to unauthorized person. The price offered is only for LIC Employees.
